Salobre & Swing

The Salobre Golf Resort is located in a privileged area with a total of 36 holes in two different golf courses. Golf players are granted the unique opportunity to improve their golf technique with the help of our professional Club Maker, a one of a kind service in Gran Canaria, the “Golf Academy” to improve your swing on one spot, the only Trackman system in the whole of Gran Canaria and, of course, tournaments to compete and to enjoy the golf game surrounded by pure nature.

Salobre OLD Course

The Old Course, opened in 1999, is a course particularly drawn for you to enjoy and improve your technique in the best facilities. Designed by Roland Favré, this 18-hole PAR 71 course has hosted very important championships like the Spanish PGA in 2006 and the Senior and Femino Spanish Championships in 2001.

The Old Course is one of the oldest courses on the island and it is ideal for players with different levels: tees at different heights, generous runs and small greens are its hallmark.

The Old Course has always stood out for adapting to the natural environment, mixing stone and wood to create a unique, ecologically sustainable area.

Salobre New Course

The New Course was built in 2008 and renovated with new tees in 2018. Designed by Ron Kirby, this

18-hole PAR 70 course has evolved over the past few years.

The New Course will amaze all players who are looking for a new experience because of its singular design and unique landscape. It is a technically demanding course that resembles a links course due to its natural, less tamed environment.

In October 2018, the New course introduced the new concept TEE IT FORWARD by the PGA of America, which encourages all golfers to play the course, at a length that is aligned with their average driving distance.
